We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
In original packaging with tags (if applicable)
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@decorique.co with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
We’re happy to offer exchanges for different colors, sizes, or replacements for damaged items. To request an exchange:

We’ll confirm availability and issue return/exchange instructions
A replacement will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
